Warranty and return: frequently asked questions

iessentials products (USB chargers, cables, power banks and bluetooth speakers, etc.) carry a one year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects. For example: the product stops working through normal use.

Travelocity products (USB chargers, cables, power banks and Bluetooth speakers, etc.) carry a one year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects. For example: the product stops working through normal use.

Monster Digital cameras & accessories carry a one year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects and damage caused through normal use.

Tough Tested products carry a five year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects and damage caused through normal use.

Wicked Audio wired earbuds and headphones carry a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects and/or damage caused through normal use. Wicked Audio Bluetooth products carry a 1 year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects and/or damage caused through normal use.

YOO Activity Trackers carry a one year warranty covering all manufacturers’ defects and damage caused through normal use.

Defective Policy

If the defective product is opened with proof of purchase, within the acceptable retailer’s return/exchange timeline, the defective item should be exchanged at the store it was purchased for the same item.

If the product is defective and the purchase timeframe is outside the retailer’s return policy or proof of purchase is unavailable, contact to the Curve Warranty Department if the product is still within the manufacturers’ warranty period. It is up to the customer to mail the defective product to Curve’s warehouse to receive a repair/replacement.

Curve does not offer refunds on defective products.

The customer must include a return mailing address and contact information and we will ship a new or repaired replacement pair within 7-10 business days of when we receive the defective product. We do not require any original packaging or funds for return shipping.

If the customer does not have a receipt, that is okay. Most products should reach us in a regular mail envelope for the cost of a postage stamp. Larger products are less expensive if provided in a bubble envelope without the original box.
